Working night shift rarely affords us the opportunity to ride in the late afternoon/evening except on weekends. So, when Tim called to say it was a short shift he would work today, it did not take long for me to ditch the housework and pull on my boots. I was standing at the edge of the garage when he rolled in. A few minutes later we were rolling out of the drive for a couple of hours.
Tim stops on the way in to chat with neighbor Al - can you believe it is warm enough to ride in short sleeves?

I love those late afternoon/early evening rides. The weather is Texas allows for some good evening riding.
