Today our ride for lunch took us to Serious Texas BBQ which may be about 10 miles from the house - but where's the fun in that? We managed to take the long way around - about 52 miles.
First, a quick ride around the lake 
Pulled pork Sandwich with cherry chipotle sauce, cheesy potatoes, Texas Taco with pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, jalapeno/pineapple salsa and two Zuberfizz cream soda rootbeers - YUM! 
Serious Texas BBQ... in Colorado. Nothing fancy but the food is outstanding. 
We love the decor, corrugated tin, barnwood, and industrial windows 
Casual dining - we love it 
Lots of flags from Texas, Colorado and elsewhere hang from the rafters
