RIP - David Hall, Belladier and Proud Patriot

October 11, 2011
Colorado, USA

David Hall, the patriot who conceived of and rang the Liberty Bell at the final services for fallen soldiers, their families and Americans everywhere is gone from our midst today. The bell of freedom now tolls for him.

Rest in Peace Sir and thank you for your selfless service to this country!

  1. What happened? He wasn't that old.
By the way, we had a great trip with our sidecar rig up to your part of the world the last weekend of Sept. Took the Aspen Tour in Cripple Creek that we never would have known about if it hadn't been for some of your postings about the town. And you're right--the town has lots of hills. Had Picture Perfect weather and are looking forward to coming back some day.

  2. David was ill for quite some time... fought really hard. He is and will continue to be sorely missed.

Glad to hear your late September trip went well... we do love that area - heading back at the end of the month for an overnight stay with the daughter and son-in-law - probably a cage trip... sigh!
