Wreaths for Vets

December 13, 2013
Colorado, USA

Texas - It is Wreaths for Vets weekend. This is just a shout out to the gang in Wichita Falls TX. It's amazing what a couple of old Vets can do when they get the mindset that something needs doing. Wreaths for Vets started with two wreaths on the graves of a brother and a son belonging to our Gold Star Parents Nubbin and Angela. This weekend with the help of other like-minded patriots they will lay hundreds of wreaths (near 800) on the graves of Veterans in the Wichita County Cemetery.

Just a cool shot (thanks Nubbin) of two of my favorite Vets (Tex and Frosty aka Ray and Dad) doing what they do - honor other Vets.
